77md Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77md ("77md", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77md website, mobile site, games, betting markets, promotions, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

77md reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

1. Eligibility

To register and use the 77md Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. 77md may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and suspend your account pending verification.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Proof of age may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.
• 2You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts and other legal structures are not permitted to register accounts on the Platform.
• 3You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• 4You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director or officer of 77md, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless written consent has been obtained from 77md management in advance.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible player may hold one and only one account on the 77md Platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. 77md reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated balances or winnings.

• 1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 77md will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• 2You must notify 77md immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 77md will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the affected account pending investigation.
• 377md may perform KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification at any stage. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by 77md may have their withdrawal requests suspended and their accounts restricted until verification is complete.
• 4Account balances are not transferable between players and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account or its balance to another person will result in immediate suspension of both accounts.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

77md supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods approved for use in Bangladesh. All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not accepted. 77md reserves the right to request verification of payment method ownership at any time.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

77md offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that bonus in addition to these general Terms.

• 1Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 2All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• 377md reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before you have had the opportunity to complete the associated wagering requirement, any unplayed bonus funds will be removed from your account.
• 4Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements of the specific promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and must meet applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Free spins are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 77md Platform are subject to the applicable betting rules for the relevant sport, game or event. 77md reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, in breach of these Terms, or in circumstances where 77md believes that the integrity of the market may have been compromised.

• 1All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details — including selection, stake amount and market — are correct before confirming. 77md will not reverse a correctly placed bet on the grounds of player error.
• 2Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 77md reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any market or for any individual player without prior notice.
• 3In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect display of odds, markets or payouts, 77md reserves the right to void all bets affected by the error and refund the original stake amount to affected players.
• 4Live betting markets are offered in real time and odds may change between the time you initiate a bet and the time the bet is confirmed by the Platform. Where odds have changed, you will be notified and given the option to confirm the bet at the new odds or to cancel. Bets placed at incorrect live odds that result from a technical error will be voided.

6. Responsible Gaming

77md is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of its players. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes. If you believe that gambling is causing you harm, please use the responsible gaming tools available in your account or contact our support team immediately.

• 1You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time by contacting 77md support. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
• 2Self-exclusion is available to any player who requests it. A player who activates self-exclusion will be prevented from accessing their account, placing bets or claiming bonuses for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. Requests to end self-exclusion before the chosen period expires will not be actioned until the original exclusion period has elapsed.
• 377md reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it suspects problem gambling behaviour, including restricting deposits, imposing cooling-off periods or closing the account. 77md will act in the best interest of the player in such circumstances. Players aged 21 and above only — the platform is not available to minors under any circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77md Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any associated funds may be confiscated at 77md's sole discretion.

• 1Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any other non-human means to place bets, access account information, exploit platform features, or circumvent security measures. This prohibition applies to all parts of the Platform including sports betting, live casino, slots and crash games.
• 2Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or live card games, match fixing in sports events, and coordinated abuse of bonus offers or promotions.
• 3Opening or using multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits, bonus restrictions or any other measure applied by 77md to an individual account. All accounts belonging to the same player, household or device may be treated as a single account for the purposes of enforcing these rules.
• 4Depositing or withdrawing funds that are derived from any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering or theft. 77md will report any suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation. Players found to have used the Platform for the purposes of money laundering will have their accounts closed and all associated funds frozen pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77md Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 77md or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of 77md.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77md, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms.

77md does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any errors will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77md makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the Platform or the information, products, services or related graphics contained on the Platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

77md reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances.

• 1Where 77md has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or is using the Platform in a manner that is harmful to 77md, other players, or any third party.
• 2Where required to do so by any applicable law, court order, regulatory instruction or direction from a law enforcement agency. 77md will comply with all such requirements and will not be liable to the player for any resulting account closure or fund freeze.
• 3You may close your account at any time by contacting 77md support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed promptly. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules and any resulting winnings credited to your account prior to final closure and balance withdrawal.

11. Changes to These Terms

77md reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via the email address registered on their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Where the changes are material, players will be given a reasonable period to review the updated Terms before they take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting 77md support.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 77md, you should first contact 77md support at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 77md will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to seek resolution through the appropriate dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
